Taking one 1000mg capsule w each meal, makes a noticeable difference in my recovery. This product is easy to * even though it is 1000 mg (one gram) it's a larger capsule but i find it goes down easy if you make sure you swish it around and get the gel... Read More

Have been taking ascorbic acid daily. It gives me so much energy i can't function without it. But it's manageable. Now vitamin c includes bioflavonoids which help the c be absorbed by your body and help with utilization.

These are 1,000 mg each in a slippery gel cap.

I like them so i also ordered another bottle for my neighbors and when amazon delivered package it was open n nothing in it.

Competitiveness

Tried other brands of vitamin c and these seem to be the best.

Now has a manufacturing facility in bloomingdale, illinois, and one in sparks, nevada.

I prefer that it is in a veggie capsule and really makes it easy to swallow - as compared to vitamins in a tablet form.

These are very big capsules compared to other vitamins and other vitamin c supplements.
