Taking one 1000mg capsule w each meal, makes a noticeable difference in my recovery. This product is easy to * even though it is 1000 mg (one gram) it's a larger capsule but i find it goes down easy if you make sure you swish it around and get the gel... Read More

Have been taking ascorbic acid daily. It gives me so much energy i can't function without it. But it's manageable. Now vitamin c includes bioflavonoids which help the c be absorbed by your body and help with utilization.
