Pros
The 1000mg tablets are not that bad if you are comfortable with swallowing huge pills. I am often quite phlegm when i get sick and this helps lessen the build it. The capsules are easy to *. If you're feeling sick this pill does the trick.
My hair is long and shiny and no hair fall. Less blemishes and spots. My face looks glowy and brighter.
Cons
Smells like a skunk & tastes just as bad as it smells. It asked about flavour, there is none.
