Pros

This is a natural, unprocessed protein powder which has a slighter higher calorie content. The powder has an odd tint of light yellow green, but if you mix it with cacao powder or fruits, you won't even notice.

Pumpkin seeds are packed with nutrition and are proven to support prostate health. They contain phytosterol, which is a protective compound that may be responsible for reducing prostate *. Grams of protein is a nice boost for any diabetic.

Cons

Salt is missing from the ingredient list. There is also a discrepancy in the nutrition as far as magnesium is concerned. The flavor is horrible and the taste is abit racid.

Cannot tell the long term value of the protein so this is only a review of the short term taste and digestibility of it.

I had to dump it into a plastic storage container because the packaging it came in would not seal closed.

I’m okay with that bc i’d rather pay less than have nicer packaging.

It is similar to a hemp protein taste.

I’ve used other pumpkin seed protein powders before that tasted better than this one (ones without flavors or sweeteners added).
