Pros

The terramin product has been approved by nasa to address bone loss issues by the astronauts. Really works well to keep system flushed out. Prefer this, it works better and you only have to use 1/2 as much so it saves money.

Ground psyllium husk has the same benefits of cholesterol control, appetite suppressing and so on as fiber. It helps to bulk up stools and lower cholesterol, too. Does what you would expect a fiber supp to do.

Cons

It turns baked products purple. Needs a blender to mix it. Taste is ok but who wants a purple bun.

I mix it with a) a little orange juice, a little club soda, and some water, or b) a can of zevia cola.
