Cons

The oil on the capsule takes up to four hand-washings to get off. I am a female, so i'm not sure how it works for males. I usually like now foods products as they are gluten free and i am gluten intolerant, but this one blows.

Great product, i have been taking them for about 2 weeks and i have seen body fat decrease overall in my entire body.

Cutting out processed flours, excess fat and never ever using fake sweeteners is key for balancing hormones.

Already seeing fat loss and muscle gain after 1 week of use.

These do not have an aftertaste, and with diet an exercise i've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks.

So it's a great value product that is easy to take for its size, and seems to benefit myself and my roommate well.

Been using this for years so price and fast ship were the most important.

Did not see any health improvements but the product seemed fresh and well packed for delivery softgels are large but easy to swallow

I would definitely recommend cla, and for the money you can find a better value and price, but not a better purity or name brand.
