Pros

L-lysine is an anti-oxidant pill. It helps heal wounds quicker. It also helps with bone growth and maintenance. It can also help reduce pain and migraines.

Helps prevent ( taken daily)or shorten *(fever blisters canker sores etc) outbreak. I have atopic dermatitis flare ups often, allergy induced breakouts and eczema.

Cons

Getting them down is a chore and i fear it will get stuck going down sideways. These are too big to *.

It's produced on a huge scale which is why i don't understand why it is so expensive as a supplement.
