Pros
Some people are sensitive to mineral imbalances in their brain chemistry. Optizinc has the optimal ratio of copper to zinc.
This supplement seems to have cured my acne. Even if i do get a flare up, it goes away so much more faster. I'm a 72 year old who is prone to adult onset acne. Now supplements are one of my favorites.
First and foremost, i find that in general now products are amazing. Huge fan of now products are good quality with good expiration dates. A lot of different reviewers here seem to use it for different reasons but to each their own!
Cons
The information on amazon says they're in gelatin capsules. Now brand optizinc makes me nauseous. Other formulas (picolinate and gluconate) seem just as effective without the nausea.
