Pros

The pill is big but manageable. They are quite large, but they are very easy to *. I am a person who has difficulty swallowing pills and even though these pills are huge, i have no problem swallowing them.

These pills are a real lifesaver for breastfeeding mothers. As long as i take 1-2 a day i have no clogged ducts! Up to 4 a day if i have a clog and it helps tremendously.
