Pros & Cons
Pros
Product as expected. Will revise as needed. Great overall. I'm excited to see what will happen with longer term use. Wouldnt wants be without it too long.
Add half a teaspoon to tomato sauce and mashed potatoes, and it gives a richer, protein-fat flavor. Herbal stuff takes time to work, but haven't figured out how to keep it from clumping in hot oatmeal.
It's tasteless in the smoothie, and odorless.
Cons
Latest batch is no good. It's not returnable. Would like a refund.
A quick skim of the reviews shows i'm not the only one. Ended up gradually getting sicker on it. Totally unusable to me.

This powder doesn’t have any flavor or texture which is perfect for adding to a smoothie.
Price
This sunflower lecithin with naturally occurring phosphatidyl choline and other phosphatides is a good value for the money.
Would be better id organic but the prices are absurd for organic versions.
Shipping
Came on time and work well in my frozen deserts
Packaging/appearance
It seems to me they could put it in a container about half the size it came in.
Competitiveness
If you need an emulsifier for your cookies, you can't beat sunflower lecithin, and this is the best deal going on some quality lecithin.
Researched the difference soy vs sunflower and decided to give it a try.

When you feed convenience food pellets there is not enough fiber and enzymes to dissolve the grease so it accumulates around the hairball and makes it too fat to eject from mouth or bowels

Lecithin keeps the fat soluble so the hair ball grease melts off and becomes thinner
