It works at the beginning. But after the child gently explores the opening of the cup a little bit, it starts to leak. The product seems to be very fragile, not made to be handled by a curious toddler.

She doesnt have a coordinated swallow and i saw these recommended on a site for babies who had cleft palates because the baby doesnt have to suck to get liquid out they can bite it

My daughter hasnt really shown much interest but shes nonverbal so i dont know if its the bottle or if its the fact that shes not interested in drinking quite yet

It definitely leaks a little when he swings it around or hits it on the table floor but ive only been putting water in it so its no big deal for us

My only gripe is that they seem to leak when the babies sit or lay back and drink leaving their collarshirt and around their neck wet

I should say that they are learning to drink from the sippy cup and are not used to drinking water so maybe it is partly a user issue but when they are sitting up and lean their head back for a drink i dont notice the wetness around their neck and collar it only happens when they laylean back for an extended amount of time

The mouth piece is large so its easy for you toddler to understand how to use it and bite proof which is always a plus with little one getting there teeth in
