Contacted amazon customer service who were great and are refunding me and i am returning the product

The instructions look like they were written by a 5 year old but they made enough sense as the machine is very easy to use

It also could have done with a pair of tongs to put the teats back into the lids of the bottles once sterilised but again a cheap additional purchase will resolve that issue

Worked fab at the start then decided it was no longer going to sterilise and heat up just beeped
