I wasn't sure it would work for a teething puppy but so far, the puppy that i gave this to, has not chewed through the plastic with the goo inside:) & he's almost 8 weeks old now.
Cons
With the keavy silicone blob hanging from the far end of the ring, your baby's teeth are in danger. Definitely a choking hazard. Don't buy anything that’s not silicone for your curious but average tiny toddler chewers.
This toy cones apart in little pieces where the soft plastic is! Too bulky in my opinion. It is too big can not come apart and hurribly balanced. Then the ring itself is a vast hunk of plastic.

Great quality teething toy for an infant.
Very easy to hold for my 4 month old, who chews on it for dear life so i'd say it's pretty durable and has a decent chewability rate.
The plastic is thin enough for a baby to chew on comfortably, but also thick enough the gel wont explode from punctures.
They’re effective at providing relief and easy to clean, though they can be a bit bulky and very cold after refrigeration.

Bulkiness the keys can be a bit bulky making it harder for smaller babies to hold all three keys comfortably
