We threw the tongs away after a couple of days as found them pointless and fiddly to use as long as your hands are clean you let the items cool down and you think about where you touch the cleaned items there’s no problem

The main downside about this steriliser over other models is that it is relatively small fitting only smaller bottles so i dont think we will be able to use it beyond the first couple of months
