Unfortunately the lip of the cap is not unbreakable and with any slight drop it will break off i’ll provide pictures of my review to show

I purchased a bunch of these because my girls absolutely love these cups but within the first day the lip cap broke off on two of them

When you do first fill up the cup the straw will become submerged with water and since there’s water in the reservoir of the straw if you tip that over that will cause a small spill but no design is perfect and that is the most water that will drain out
