Is soft silicone. They fit good in his mouth and don’t rub on his nose or cause any issues.

These are good quality, easy to clean and sterilize. The look really cute. These are a great shower gift!

Cons

This is not ok for an item that goes in baby's mouth, especially during a pandemic. Returning item for a refund. Water gets inside these. This is the second package i've received that is clearly a return, as it is not in retail packaging.
