Easy peasy to disassemble and rinse. Pop them in the dishwasher and they are good to go.
The cups are leakproof and easy to wash. The spouts are very sturdy, allowing for no leakage no matter what my little one is doing. They are super easy to drink from, but don't leak.

Cleaning the cups is also very simple any bits of food stuck on the inside simply come off with a thorough rinse
