It is trial and error, which means wasted breastmilk. I'm nervous about it and actually remove the cord after use, to ensure it’s switched off. It seems to be a common fault by other reviews.

I dont trust the auto off feature as it could either leave the milk being too hot or slightly cold so you still to check the temperate manually by putting the milk on your wrist

Very quick to heat bottles but hard to get the temp right so need to keep an eye on it
