My doorbell quit working because my old reducer broke so i easily replaced it with the new one & it works perfectly now!

Shipping

Amazon did a very poor job shipping this transformer to me.

It looks to have been bent before being shipped - with no damage to its box nor the amazon box.

Packaging/appearance

It was just put in an envelope instead of a small box.

Easy to install,but obviously not well packed,it's pretty hard to bend the tabs.

Needless to say, it was not in good shape when received.
