Pros
Nice ding-* sound. Classic chime with two metal bars inside.
It is hardwired to our ring 2 doorbell. Used a 16v 30a transformer. Replaced the transformer and door button as well.
Great price under $25 bucks with free prime 2 day shipping. Works great. Works well.
Cons
A small spark but no chime sound, so it is likely this door chime that is gone bad. Cover only holds on by one flimsy ridge of plastic. Very disappointed with the hollow tinny sound produced by this unit.

As far as loudness goes i wouldnt want it any louder and it gives a full ding dong sounding just like the old one
