Worked as advertised. Thumbs up and would buy again.
Exact replacement for 18 year old doorbell. Easy to install, like that the button is lighted. There are two wires to install.
Cons
Two prong doorbell that provided resistance in the stucco hole is the only type that would work. The bulb is incandescent, not led. The button is useless and has to be replaced.
Just untightening the screws with a terminating screwdriver broke this thing into four pieces. The screws where you attach the wires are on too tight so when you try to unscrew it, the part detaches or breaks away from the face plate. Not sure whether... Read More
The brass is some type of thin brushed metal with a slight luster. The bronze is simply brown textured paint. It also is very bumpy instead of the smooth metal in the photo.

At first my button would ring the doorbell chime but the light bulb wasnt lighting up

The folded up wires on the bulb werent in contact with the two metal leaves meaning i had to pull out the bulb and refit it with the wires touching the leaves
