This is an exact replacement for the one i had which was over 25 years old and was breaking the plastic in the button

That internal piece is so small that i had a heck of a time attaching the wires

Its easier to remove the internal piece attach the wires to it then insert it into the back of the button frame

The screws in side were very tiny and trying to put the big wires in my door bell cable did not work and i lost the screws
