You do have to take this daily continuously as your body does not produce this and you must constantly supply your body with this algae.

Price here is much better than my previous place.
This product is expensive for me but i do feel it helps with my aches and pains.
The down side is it is a bit pricey, especially when you need to take this everyday for life.

I havent used them long enough to say how well they work but upon opening the bottle all the capsules were completely fuse together and i could not get even one out of the bottle or break one off
