Well i was amazed at the efficacy of these pills, i suffer (and i do mean suffer) from the worst bloating, for a visual after i eat i look like one of those poor swollen biafran babies, my normally flat and toned midsection takes on huge mounded effect due to, not just certain food, but also because i am on a very strong pain medications so this solves the problem swiftly and thoroughly.  Read Less
