Pros

They are sharp and dependable and cut right evertime. I make homemade bread for toast in the morning and the bread knife cuts through it without tearing. Sharp, lightweight and good grip.

Already got plenty of compliments on the set and stand. Less counterspace used is a plus too. The knife holder is very well designed and takes up very little room.

Cons

If youtry to sharpen them on a grinding wheel, the granite allchips off anyway and flies everywhere. Tired of sending stuff back it’s such a hassle. It's a scam.
