I like that it’s solid and lightweight and of good durable carbon steel.
This is a good solid one with a non-stick surface that should hold up for years of service.

You can find fancier ones on the market for much more money that dont do anything more than this one does

You can also find cheaper ones but those are flimsy the nonstick surface isnt as good and they wont last very long
