Pros
Ceramic non-stick is great. Only thing is i wish it was oven save at broiling temps. Lid also excellent addition.
Cons
Ceramic coating is a waste. It is also not very durable. What a waste and more for our landfills.

We are 4 in the house and i was sick of waiting for the second pan to be cooked as the kids have to eat first and go to bed
