Pros

After owning this for a little while, i haven't seen anything to make me disagree. All in all, it performs well and looks great. Really pleased with the result.

The fridge maintains internal temperature very well. It’s important to set the frig upright for awhile before plugging it in.

Light works well and i like the lock feature for the control *. Turning on the interior light is even more impressive as the entire fridge glows. Dark interior design makes grabbing a cold drink feel like a luxury.

Cons

The door temp reads 41° yet the true inside temp is 45°. Customer service has been very insulting. One year later, the fan broke and it stopped cooling.

It appears they are more concerned with transactional volume than product quality and customer satisfaction. You honestly think your customers are thay obtuse that they wouldn't know how the most basic of operations work?

The diagram/direction make it look like you pull the seal off to get to the holes. In reality, they could not be be tighten, either top or bottom. This thing is not tiny and i can’t imagine having to go through the trouble and headache of sending it b... Read More

Unfortunate, but sending back and getting a refund. Still no personal message from customer service after 24 hrs. I have a 1 year warranty but at this rate i am sure my next reply from them won't come until after the warranty expires.
