The refrigerator works really well, and very easy to setup. The setup instructions are clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend product.
Holds 15 bottles as advertised. The slanted bottom shelf is great for storing opened bottles or for displaying special bottles. Has plenty of room for 15 full sized bottles and maybe a few more smaller ones.

Cons
The only way to fix it is to unplug and then plug it back in. Website is useless. Lot of hustle to repack and send back. Contacted pyle usa about warranty.
The temp changes drastically over time. No cooling at all. As many others wrote, the unit holds temperature for a week or two and then stops.
The wine refrigerator smells awful. It is like a chemical bomb when off in it and everything that is in there for more than 5 mins comes out smelling terrible. Seems like it will only hold 12 skinny bottles.

Unfortunately, at the 11-month mark, the fan started making a lot of noise.
Thank it's time for me to up my game and start purchasing better quality wines.

Nutrichef is a company you can count on to stand by their product.
Packaging/appearance
Repackaging the old unit and taking the 50 lb box to ups was a bit of a challenge but doable.
Competitiveness
I ordered model pkcwc15 which apparently had a defective panel (according to nutrichef customer service).
We finally contacted the nutrichef company and after a few emails explaining and showing the problem they sent us a replacement!
