The weight of the pans is very important, related to how well they are made and good heat conduction. These pots are very solid and cook evenly and feel great. These pans remind me of my wok as it heats up quickly and evenly.

The quality is great! They are beautiful and durable! They look great and stylish. This set is absolutely amazing especially for such a low low price.

This set has copper completely around the outside layer - including the bottom - which is missed in some of the other options i looked at.

I initially thought i wanted an all copper pan, but soon learned that it was not good for food and could flake off over time.

This set is absolutely amazing especially for such a low low price.
