While it will make some marks on sandwiches that i grill i noticed that with anything heavy like meat it will really put the marks as if im grilling it on my bbq grill

The pan itself is truly nonstick and have nothing stick to this thing

Even with cooking fish or chicken i will put a very little amount of olive oil which is mainly just for flavoring what im cooking but again nothing sticks

It is nonstick so no need for oil or butter
