This is a great little sealer for the price and their customer service is top notch!
For the price, this sealer comes with many bells and whistles!
I always had a food saver sealer but thought i would get one a little cheaper.
Shipping
Customer service was prompt in addressing an issue with the original unit purchased.
I contacted support and they responded very quickly.
I emailed the manufacturer and they promptly sent me a replacement and even followed up to make sure i had received it!
We ordered our sealer and it arrived in just two days, thankfully, because we have 3 bushels of peas to put up!
Packaging/appearance
Packaged nicely, easy to set up, and came with a roll of bags.
Competitiveness
We buy a lot products in bulk at costco, and then use this vacuum sealer to keep everything fresh.
Glad i bought it bc it’s way better than the brand name one i have.
Seals much quicker than my previous brand as well as the seal seems much tighter.

I havent used the cannister port but am going to try soon as weve been buying more bulk dry goods and need to find a way to preserve it
