The machine doesnt work only the upper plates is turning working but the dynamo is not working not functioningand i realise down in the machine all screws are the same except one screw is not the same difference that means the machine is usedunfortunately i have been cheated because i sent emails many times nobody replied from amazonshame on you

This caused us to seriously overheat our first batch of seeds since we did not know this

Because the lid and also the electronic digital display is on top of the machine it is not easy to see if lid is on properly so i have to get up on a kitchen stepladder to read the settings

Just putting it in place does not work and i did not find that in the instructions
