It's not a popular brand, but it's a lot cheaper than the well known brands and it does the job. Other than that, it's sleek and works great! Looks nice and very convenient.

After only using it for five days… discovered some brown discoloration on the bottom and sides. I thought that were inner black plastic chipped but it were metal, because it all sunk down and they were shiny on the other side.

For the past 15 years or so we had 2 zojirushi brand unit before this it was very good we bough this because couldnt resist the price almost half of zojirushi after about five months useage found out that unlike the z brand this unit has to be clean with citric acid powder which takes lots of time every month in comparison the z brand only need to do it for every six months or so after a little research realized that z brands inner pot has ptfecoating on it this unit without any coating

It tends to keep the water at a lower temperature by 3 or 4 degrees than the set point so think of the set point as a 34not to exceed34 temperature
