For finicky tea lovers, those extra options are excellent. Build quality is high, the instructions are fine. It's a bit more cumbersome depth-wise than i expected, but it's ok.

Nutrichef 3 liter stainless steel water boiler. The height perfectly fits on the kitchen counter under the cupboard. The stainless steel pot is not too big and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter.

Overall, it serves it's purpose. Looks nice and very convenient. Other than that, it’s sleek and works great!

Cons

After only using it for five days… discovered some brown discoloration on the bottom and sides. I thought that were inner black plastic chipped but it were metal. It doesn't seem there is any real service, even it’s under warranty.

We are impressed with the product built quality and it has all the features that we need for a hot water dispenser.

Great at keeping temperature, doesn't get hot on the outside, and boils water in 10 minutes.

There's no real "on/off" switch, the unit just starts automatically heating once it's plugged in.

The button that unlocks the dispensing pump is also the "standby" button when held for 2 seconds.

Price

Lots and lots of features for this price.

Very happy with purchase and not as expensive as the japanese ones.

My mother has the brand that starts with a z, it's really nice but i didnt want to spend that much money.
