Nothing heats like this induction cooktop. Replaced a cheap coil hotplate with this. Induction burner is responsive, heats quickly, & allows for simple adjustments.

The minimum to fry is 350. Does not work with cuisinart pots or pans. Nothing in description detailing these restrictions.

Of the way i cook is not doable with this cooktop. There is no temp setting that works to simmer your food. It's either too cold to eat or burnt.
