Cons
This thing has a bit of screechy, squealy undertone - especially at certain speeds. Can't even make soft ingredient food like hummus without perpetually stopping because of overheating.
The chat pushes you off to another “help desk’, and those people want you to pay just talking to them. The instructions are also useless. Still no communication from them.
This product leaks in the center. This is after 2 months and maybe 5 dishwasher cycles. This area is not serviceable or accessable to my knowledge.

I bought this mainly for the cheese grader but i have to put paper towel in the insert for the blade or it wobbles so bad you cant use it
