Pros
Product works well. Like it has settings to adjust speed to process food or grate. Using a knob for the pulse is weird but works. I like how the grinding jar is closed at the bottom.
Cons
The grating blade is so dull it just mashed the cheese i was trying to grate. It sounds like a gear spinning/stripping when it tries to mix dough.
Died using citrus juicer. This seems very unsanitary to me. This area is not serviceable or accessable to my knowledge.
If you lose or need to replace any pieces they farm out the customer support and if you are lucky to reach someone they can’t really help you. Which entirely defeats the purpose of buying one of these things in the first place. Save yourself the hassl... Read More

The down sides the belt is rather loud

The way the grinding jar is made i could see how food could get stuck in the center chamber where the spindle fits and it doesnt seem to be designed to take apart

Theres a little spot near the top where something happened in the molding of the plastic it formed a brittle spot the size of a large mole

We had to lubricate the rims with coconut oil to be able to use it the first couple times

At first i thought that it was broken right out of the box because it wouldn’t work because i didn’t know about the safety features because there was no literature on how to use the product properly
