Pros

It's quite beautiful with the stainless steel reflecting like a mirror. Wrapped completely with padding on all sides. Product is very well packaged and the material it is made of appears to be very good quality.

Used to brew 15g batches and propane as heat. Cooling wort with copper coil. Next step is to make an immersion chiller and test out my first batch.

Following pertains to both. Overall does what it says. Unit operational and works flawlessly.

The instructions were well written and layed out very nice. The instruction manual is clear. Its very easy to install and works like a charm.

Adjust temperature using a known good thermometer,instructions show how. The instructions say to run through a cycle with water to give a test. Thermometer is off a few degrees but i just reprogrammed to what it thinks the temperature is.

Cons

Nutrichef can't bring 5 or more gallons of water or wort to a roiling boil. The company gives absolutely no support or warranty to the products.
