Pros
Holds 15 bottles as advertised. Looks great, its very quiet, holds 34 bottles (including champagne) it also fits nicely in our small space. This wine fridge is perfect for my place.
The refrigerator works really well, and very easy to setup. The mirror finish outside is very nice. Amazing beyond belief.
Cons
No cooling at all. Has issues controlling temperature, we have it set at 55f. Width of cooler is too narrow.
The lack of response from customer service is a real bummer. The instruction book is overly simple. Misleading information and poor customer service. Website is useless.
This product is absolutely junk! Was a little embarrassed when bought this product as a gift and had to go through return then order again process. This item is too large for me to return to a local whole foods.
The only way to fix it is to unplug and then plug it back in. At the end of those instructions they give a caution to set the unit upright for two hours before you plug it in.

The screws came loose when trying to attach the door handle and fell in between the door panels and i’m unable to retrieve them.

Great value for how nice it looks.
Very reasonably priced and has ice features.
Still, i think it's a pretty good value overall.

I purchased the 15 bottle wine cooler and it arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged.
Despite following the directions in the manual they sent, and looking online, i can not get the light to turn on.
We just returned from a trip to italy and needed a cooler for the shipment of wine we had sent back.

The unit is basically full and its 52 degrees but only on the very bottom rack
