Big fan of cast iron cookware. As advertised. Shipped and packed very well.
The heat distribution is just marvelous. The real small one is great for melting butter and reduction. The size and quality of these pans are exactly what i needed, very satisfied.
Cons
The big one cracked while on the stove last week and leaked oil into the burner. Had some trouble cleaning the food layer burnt onto the pan. Mine are headed to the goodwill.
