The muffins baked with a nice even crust and we're most in the middle. This set gives you three sizes of sheet pans, two of loaf pans, one mini muffin pan, one regular muffin pans and two cake pans.

Easy to clean and have been a great addition to my stash of bakeware! It's really easy to use and clean bc of the nonstick coating. The nonstick surface seems to work well and does make cleanup easy.
