Pros

Stainless steel body is extremely sturdy, smooth and perfectly finished. If you have thoughts about doing some kind of jerky or cookie business, this is about the most compact kitchen you could imagine.

This dehydrates fruit really fast! It dries everything very evenly as it has a fan at the back that circulates air across each of the trays.

Comes with tray liner for making fruit bark which my kids have really enjoyed making with me. The jerky is delicious! Also comes with a guide and small recipe book.

Cons

Customer service from nutrichef is non existent. It’s been “escalated” several times and still nothing. Very disappointed. Bought this and was sooo excited to start dehydrating my goods and what a disappointment.

Quality

I was particularly pleased with the quality of the glass door.

Very happy with the purchase considering getting the larger version for next season so i can do even larger batches at a time.

I set the temp and time like i always do, but with the higher wattage that setting actually turned mymushrooms to ash.

I love the size and ease of cleaningi don't like the recipie book i think it could be better and times need to be adjusted.

First, it came very well packaged, the retail box came inside it's own shipping carton, not an amazon box.
