The interior rack is very nice and sturdy but we are careful not to move it around once inside the pan because it has plain metal 34feet34 and might scratch the coating over time

As others have said the handles are bit small for handling with oven mitts etc

It was still able to give lasagna those crispy edges that everyone loves but it could do that without anything sticking to it
