Pros

My niece is absolutely thrilled with it! This one serves her purposes perfectly! You have to rinse the chicken and pat it dry before cooking. While the outside is crispy, the white meat is juicy and moist.

Cons

Product is a knock off (fake) and doesn't have a logo identifying it as a nutrichef. The 120 min timer is really 30 min. It only has one dial that acts as a timer. Amp; plugged it in the thing wouldn't turn on.

It takes forever (nearly 2 hours) to cook a 3 pound chicken. It does not cook the chicken evenly. It only cooks the middle. Kabobs fall out.
