Really like the slick design and this really work well.
I wanted my hot tea so bad, and trying to wait the time for the water to boil was literally making my mornings miserable.
The dent wasn't substantial enough to go through the hassel of returning it.
Shipping
Only complaint was it was dented from shipping/delivery.
Competitiveness
I would recomment this as an alternative to the 100-200 + name brand that seems to be so popular.
This addition is for my personal use at work in a tiny cubicle for couple of reasons:1) it is much cheaper than the name brand.
It's comparable to zojirushi but much easier on wallet.
Tried two different brands before i found this one and i will be keeping this one.

I put it through a few week test to see if the exterior damage was affecting its operation no leaks ect
