Use as a mixture for *. Also use with iodine (j. Nutricology is a fabulous pharmaceutical grade co and makes the best, especially for the sensitive. Add this to smoothies and juice, and it's great.
I love this product ad it is effective. It works so well as a spray, i'm on my second bottle now! This is a great product that i highly recommend.
Cons
Tastes like garbage. Should have been manufactured with a proper dispensing system. When you try to pour out the contents carefully, it dribbles down the bottle. Probably better in a capsule formula.

The best absorbable magnesium on the market, you just ad it to your water , so simple and easy.
Or more of rice milk (and i've used almond milk) over it, and not even a hint of the horrible flavor of the magnesium chloride.
Calcium deposits in joints causing pain, calculus in teeth, buildup in arteries and heart.
Price
I hate the taste, but know it's the real deal, so it's worth it.

Im on my 4 bottle and i've shipped some to my mom as well.

Another plus is that it's much easier to swallow than the mg glycinate pills that are big horse pills.
