Easy to measure, similar to sugar , nice sweet taste with pleasant after taste in coffee or baked products.

This one does not have as bitter of an aftertaste as stevia but it is not really very sweet either

If used with cocoa you really need a lot of the product to sweeten your mousse or whatever you are making

There are no other ingredients in this product as some have suggested

You should not ever consume large amounts of any sugar substitute

Caramelizes like sugar but not as sweet so use twice as much or add a smidgeon of pure sucralose which is several times sweeter but gets bitter when you use too much

It almost is in a 1 to 1 ratio so i use more of this than i would use of stevia or monk fruit
