None of the sugar substitutes are going to taste like actual sugar you can be sure of that

This one does not have as bitter of an aftertaste as stevia but it is not really very sweet either

Caramelizes like sugar but not as sweet so use twice as much or add a smidgeon of pure sucralose which is several times sweeter but gets bitter when you use too much

It almost is in a 1 to 1 ratio so i use more of this than i would use of stevia or monk fruit
