Cons

One 300mg capsule gives me heartburn and a bad taste in my mouth for hours. These pains originate in the nerve roots of my lumbar spine.

I hate this deceitful marketing. What is actual content? False advertising based on label. Fraudulent in my book" "this type of misleading label causes me not tot trust at all.

Buyer beware. This reviewer is totally right. Don't buy combo of r-ala and s-ala. It has not.
