Pros
The capsules are easy to *. My husband has neuropathy in his feet and was prescribed alpha lipoic for the numbness and pain. Reduced nerve pain when i took this with source naturals superoxide dismutase.
Cons
Alpha lipoic acid causes it to be really hard to tolerate, both in the esophagus and stomach. Very misleading to label it as though there were 240 capsules @ 600 mg. In fact this is crooked.

I have neuropathy and these capsules 2 in the am i with full glass of water does the trick for me.
Since using these his condition has improved greatly.
