There is no smell other than a muted apple scent and this doesn't typically irritate my stomach. I use this with my post workout supplements (growth surge) on workout days, on non workout days i mix it with protein or my body armor lyte drink and it s... Read More

Delicious and mixes easily. Great mixer with the other supplements. What i don't quite understand is how it can be truly calorie free.

Bcaa can help reduce pem (post exertional malaise) which is a debilitating symptom of cfs/me. I use this for a different to minimize pem.

Cons

Very dissappointed. It's extremely bitter, and does not disolve well in room temperature water. It has a chalky consistency in the water and definitely isn’t unflavored. On their label the misspelled ‘bitter’ and accidentally wrote ‘unflavored’.

This unflavored bcaa by nutricost, goes great with my l-glutamine, of the same brand, and my noexplode pre-workout.

I like nutricost products and decided to try their bcaa.

The taste is not that good but thats normal on any bcaa's brand that sells unflavored bcaa's.
